The Space

Located on the ground floor of a traditional stone house, the apartment offers:

Two double bedrooms, simply and tastefully furnished





Two separate bathrooms, both with spacious rain showers





A bright living room with lake view, a cozy lounge area, and a small workstation corner for remote working or daily planning





A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, utensils, and everything needed for comfortable cooking





Shared garden: just outside, a well-kept garden awaits you with sun loungers, a hammock, and an electric barbecue — all overlooking a full, enchanting lake view. It's the perfect spot to read, sunbathe, or enjoy an aperitivo at sunset.





The house has been furnished with simplicity and great care, combining antique pieces with modern touches to create a warm and authentic atmosphere that reflects the soul of Lake Como.

Guests have private access to the apartment and shared access to the garden which is under video surveillance

The property is 100 meters from a loading/unloading area (accessible from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and 200 meters from a public parking lot.

The house is just 300 steps from the lakeside, where you can stroll and enjoy the tranquility of Laglio.

A short walk away, you’ll find a charming little beach — perfect for swimming in the waters of Lake Como, a rare gem in the area.

Ama’Ca Dulza is also located along the famous Via Verde, a scenic trail that winds through the surrounding hills and offers easy, picturesque walks ideal for nature and photography lovers.

The renowned Bottega Da Luciano, perfect for picking up local products or enjoying a lakeside break, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
