Villa Mare is a bright and welcoming residence, ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquillity in a modern seaside setting.

The living room is spacious and inviting, offering a perfect space to relax and enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends, with direct access to the outdoor area of the house.



The property features three en suite bedrooms, all with an elegant design and designed to provide maximum comfort. It also has two guest bathrooms, ensuring complete convenience during your stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals with complete practicality in a functional and pleasant environment.



On the exterior, there is a beautiful leisure area, where the swimming pool stands out, perfect for enjoying the sunny Algarve climate, as well as a barbecue area that invites outdoor meals and moments of relaxation.



Located near Galé beach, in Albufeira, Villa Mare offers easy access to restaurants and all the amenities necessary for an unforgettable holiday.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

High-end amenities and great vibes

This villa offers everything you need for a premium stay in the Algarve. The en suite bathrooms are very stylish and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for soaking up the sun. Being so close to all the amenities while staying in a quiet street was perfect.

Perfect for Family Fun

We had an amazing holiday here. The villa is incredibly bright and welcoming. The kids spent the whole day in the pool while we enjoyed the barbecue area. It is so convenient to have two extra service toilets in addition to the en suites—it really makes a difference for a large family!

Unbeatable Location near Galé Beach

The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the beautiful Galé beach. The villa itself is a peaceful retreat with a very functional kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed several dinners outside under the stars. A very relaxing experience!

Modern Luxury and Privacy

Villa Mare is a stunning modern home. Having all three bedrooms en suite was a massive plus for our group, providing everyone with their own private space and comfort. The design is very elegant, and the house feels brand new. We loved the large living room that opens right onto the pool area.

Bright, Airy, and Spotless

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The living area is very spacious and filled with natural light. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces is seamless, making the house feel even larger.

Fantastic Holiday Spot

A lovely place for a coastal getaway. Peaceful, comfortable and perfectly located for enjoying the area. We also had a great meal at the Algarbe restaurant.

Perfect For A Relaxing Break

Had a great time during our stay. The atmosphere was calm, the place felt fresh and it was a lovely base for enjoying the Algarve. We also booked a boat tour which was amazing.

BEWARE of booking this property. First of all, the location of the property provided was not correct. The address posted with the listing led us to a house down the street. A consultant for Algarve Vacations, contacted us about meeting us at the property, the consultants are used to sell tickets to attractions in the area. The consultant had to share her location or we would have not found the property. We stayed at 3 other vacation rentals on this trip and had no issues finding the location of the other properties. The property is dated, which would be okay if it was well maintained and clean. However, we quickly realized that the air conditioner in one of the upstairs bedroom was not working. It was simply blowing the humid outside air into the room. The adjoining bathroom also had a strong odor. We weren't certain of where the smell was coming from, but it smelt like cat pee.The property seemed dated and misadvertised in other ways. The outdoor BBQ and the BBQ utensils were rusty and unsafe. All the outdoor areas and outdoor furniture are faded. There was used bandaid near the pool. It felt dirty.I contacted the property manager to let them know that the property was not as advertised. She stated that these things were not found on their inspection, but that seems impossible to me. We were scheduled to stay for three nights. We stayed one night and found other accommodations. We have asked for a refund of the remaining nights and so far no refund has been given.
