The house is located in the most recent residential area of Olhos de Agua, about 3 km from Albufeira. Nearby there are restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy and market. The beach of Olhos de Agua, with its fresh water springs, is about 700 m and the beautiful beach of St. Eulalia to 1 km. In the surroundings there are two 9-hole golf courses, Balaia Golf Village and Pine Cliffs Golf.
The house is on a fenced plot of land, with 500 m², with lawn, flowers and saltwater pool. It has sun loungers, covered barbecue and covered terrace with garden furniture. Parking in front of the house.
TV antenna and satellite, DVD / CD, Wi-Fi Internet access and washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are available. Pets are allowed for a fee.
The villa consists of:
- r / floor: living room with fireplace and terrace, dining room, equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), pantry, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
- 1st floor: bedroom with double bed, bathroom and terrace and 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom and terrace (a hot tub).
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.

The villa was great value for the money, very spacious inside and a great little pool that got the sun all day long. It’s in a very quiet area but close to amenities. The host Claudio was fantastic providing any information we requested. We would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday

We were very happy with the villa. It was comfortable and spacious. The pool was great in the warm weather. We used the laundry and great line dryer. Kitchen was good and had all utensils etc. The beds could do with upgrading. The mattresses were firm but lumpy. The neighbors barking dogs were annoying at times.

Fantastic stay! Basic villa but very clean. Perfect spot between Albuferia and Villamoura. Pool lovely. Couple of things missing such as hairdryer but Claudio sorted quickly. There is no hot tub as listed. Would definitely stay again

The villa was very clean and the housekeeping service was twice a week with fresh bed linen and towels and all floors mopped. The kitchen had everything we needed (apart from kitchen scissors which we bought cheap locally). We had a couple of minor issues at the start of our stay and had to highlight to Claudio, but he was very quick to respond and fix these issues. Check in and out process was very easy. The location is great with easy access to beach and restaurants in walking distance and Albufeira town a cheap Uber ride away.

Great villa 5 star

Its a big property in a quiet area, two minutes away from all the bars and shops. I'll definitely come back here to this exact villa. Owner is friendly and helpful.

Fabulous stay

Thank you Claudio. The house was fantastic and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the bbq and particularly the pool. House has everything you need. The accomodation is around 10 mins walk to the main restaurants and the village centre. Large supermarket also 10 mins walk.

Great villa

Large villa with plenty of space inside and outside - decent size pool and garden area with a large bbq that’s all built in. Villa was walking distance to restaurants and small beach - at low tide you can walk around to much larger beach. Car wasn’t needed as small but well stocked market open every day and supermarket within 10 mins walk. Ubers were plentiful and around 5-7 Euros to the main old town.

Loved the villa & location. Very spacious, Claudio responded quickly to any questions. Extremely clean and well equipped., nothing we didn't have in the kitchen. Pool lovely, area quiet. If we had to criticise few cushions for outdoor chairs be nice.

A great villa in a lovely area

We were a family of 9, 3 of which were children under 4. The villa is perfectly kept with all the utensils needed in the kitchen we required. The pool is fabulous as we found it too hot on the beach, which is an easy 10 minute walk away. The Intermarché was only a 10 minute walk away next to a fish and veg market so easy to get fresh produce. The villa was clean and the host kept us informed and sent information on the area after arrival, we had a great time.

Amazing location for access to local bars/restaurants and supermarkets, no car required as everything is walking distance. The neighbourhood is lovely and safe and clean and tidy.The lively strip in Albufeira is only a short cheap taxi away if you want that sort of thing. Olhos de agua has beautiful restaurants producing some amazing fresh foods. Would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend to anyone. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks and would definitely stay in same villa again it was faultless.

Beautiful villa

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Perfect location, just a short walk to nearby beach, bars and shops. Short taxi ride to Old Town and the Strip (we used Bolt). The villa itself is excellent. So spacious, clean and well equipped. The mattresses are very firm (perfect for me but had a couple of moans from those who prefer soft mattresses - but you can’t please everyone!). Only comment would be to add brackets on the walls for the showers in the two bathrooms without them. We are a family group of 6 (2 x parents in 40s, 2 x 20-somethings, and 2 x young teenagers). We all loved it here and will be back. Thank you Claudio for all your help :)

Beautiful villa in a lovely area with lovely people.

The villa was exactly as shown on the website. It was a large spacious villa with more than enough room for 8 people. Air conditioning in each bedroom was a nescessity. The surrounding area was perfect with a stroll to the shops, bars and restuarants of which every single person we met was friendly and very welcoming. I would like to say a huge 'thank you' to Claudio who went above and beyond assisting with us on our final day. He provided us with a secure place to leave our suitcases and even transported them there and back to our hired villa ready for our airport transfer. I couldn't fault our experience here and recommend this villa and its owners greatly.

A big and well positioned villa

The things we liked - clean, consistent and strong flow hot water, powerful showers (good, as three are over the bath, off the tap ones) big and spacious,Beautiful outside area surrounding the villa, plenty of outside furniture, lovely pool area with sunbeds, well equipped kitchen, with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, plenty of crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridge freezers, Claudio, the host was very responsive and flexible with check in time, (he also assisted us in ensuring that the mobility scooter our friend hired was returned), good WiFi and smart TV.There are things that could be improved. A general update, especially the kitchen, the mattresses we found to be too hard, the lounge furniture has seen better days and is very uncomfortable, the tiny travel type kettle needs to be replaced with a bigger one, steps need to be taken to air the villa and freshen it up as it did smell very musty. The villa needs some homely touches to make it feel less basic.Despite the improvements we believe are needed to make it more comfortable and a little more homely to improve the user experience, we definitely recommend this villa.The villa is in a convenient and fairly quiet location within walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants, supermarket and a few shops. walkiability.shower room,enAcces

Almost perfect!

Pretty much everything about the property and location was really nice. The house is very spacious and convenient to lots of restaurants, the beach etc. The owner was super helpful when I inquired about grocery stores, internet etc. He always responded very quickly which was so helpful. The pool was lovely and well taken care of. Just a couple things would have made the experience absolutely perfect. The beds are very hard. There are lots of extra blankets so we used them to put on top of the mattress to soften and make more comfortable. This could probably easily be fixed by putting a memory foam or something similar on the beds. Pillows could be upgraded as well. A few things could be added to the kitchen like a French press, a tea pot and salt and pepper shakers. last thing could be a little "info" pack for guests with internet info, recommended restaurants that sort of thing. All in all, had a super time and in the future if we're able we'd definitely go back! Grateful for the experience!

Picturesque villa which was VERY basic but spacious.

This villa suited us for what we paid, by no means luxurious and very basically furnished and to be honest quite tired but end of season when we were there and could be the owner is due to refresh things over the coming winter months. as soon as we opened the door it smelt quite musty and obvious that previous occupants have smoked inside. the beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable am afraid with old sprung mattresses and just a sheet and couple of blankets for bedding in each room. lounge sofa and armchairs also very shabby with tears in the faux leather and drooped in the middle! however, on plus side, very spacious house for a family of 5 adults and 1 teenager, lots of rooms to spread out in. 3 out of 4 of bedrooms had en suite bathroom and no shortage of hot water at any time of day or night. reasonable WIFI signal too. the kitchen also quite tired and dated but the 2 fridges and a washing machine was a nice touch! Do make sure you take your own bin bags, oven gloves and laundry liquid! be prepared to buy absolutely everything including salt/pepper, cooking oil, seasonings, sauces etc to if you like to cook, the barbecue area was good though with coals fire lighters, kebab skewers etc. pool was a nice touch, not heated but still fun. Very quiet and peaceful location and close to beach, shops, restaurants, buses/taxis etc. Loved the resort of Olhos de Agua - would deffo go again but choose a villa with a few more homely touches next time. Host was very responsive.

Experiência muito agradável

Comunicação com o Sr Cláudio foi muito fácil e rápida, sempre muito prestável. As condições da casa estão muito boas, tem tudo o que pode precisar para uns dias fora. Os miudos adoraram a piscina e a churrasqueira dá um extra incrível. Não faltou espaço dentro de casa mesmo sendo 10 pessoas. Quartos e casas de banho extremamente espaçosos. Por fim, o local é perfeito tendo em conta que não é no centro de Albufeira, bairro sossegado ao longo de todo o dia.Recomendo a estadia 5*

Férias para recordar

Casa em conformidade com as expectativas e muito adequada para 8 pessoas. Moderna, muito bem equipada, muito luminosa com decoração simples e funcional como se quer em modo de férias. Boa localização em zona tranquila com fácil acesso e próximo da praia. O proprietário demonstrou sempre facilidade de contacto e disponibilidade. Piscina de água salgada e com qualidade irrepreensível. Destaca-se a troca de roupa a meio da semana.

Our summer holidays 2017

We had a wonderful time in this very big and very well equipped house; the kitchen offers everything which is needed and all the rooms include a bathroom and air conditioner. We were 2 families with two children each and the house is so confortable and very well situated. Only 5 minutes from restaurants and shops and 10 minutes from the beach. Manuela is a very kind owner and we were so pleased to know her and talk with her. She was at our completely disposal. We warmly recommend you this house for you next holidays at Olhos de Agua.

Die Villa ist in guter Lage und voll ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich und die Küche so wie der Grill sind gut ausgestattet. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und ist sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist optimal und checkin so wie checkout sind absolut stressfrei.
