Casa di Franco
A luxurious three-storey villa with elevator, offering comfort and accessibility. Features include a bedroom for guests with mobility needs, a bunk-bed room for four, gym, Hammam, and wine cellar. The villa has six bedrooms in total, an open-plan living room with projector, PlayStation and fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for families and groups.

Villa Domenica
A stylish two-storey villa with three bedrooms. The ground floor offers a spacious living area with a modern kitchen and Smart TV. Two ensuite bedrooms with twin beds are upstairs, while a king-size bedroom is on the ground level for convenience.

Villa Elpida
A welcoming two-storey villa with five bedrooms. The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area and a double ensuite bedroom. Upstairs, four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies offer stunning sea views.

Villa Galatia
A modern stone villa with five bedrooms across two floors. The ground floor has an open-plan living space with kitchen, fireplace and dining area, plus a double ensuite bedroom. The upper level features four ensuite bedrooms with balconies overlooking the sea.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and unforgettable moments. Casa di Franco and Domenica are connected by a garden door, allowing guests to walk easily from one villa to the other and share the private lawn, perfect for sunset drinks. Each villa has its own swimming pool with loungers and sofas, while dining tables, a BBQ and a pergola create the ideal setting for alfresco meals under the stars. Villa Elpida, Villa Domenica and Casa di Franco also offer the comfort of heated pools, making outdoor living enjoyable all year round. Surrounded by breathtaking sea views and the beauty of Falasarna, these stylish outdoor areas promise a truly memorable stay.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools of Villa Domenica and Villa Galatia can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

The swimming pools of Casa di Franco & Villa Elpida can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility, and the cost of the heated pool can be paid only in cash upon arrival.

**Free car amenity
We offer our guests (with a valid driving license for at least a year) 1 manual small car (group A) as an additional amenity. This service is complimentary for the entire duration of the stay at the villas. Additionally, we provide free car pick-up and drop-off from Chania Airport. (For other destinations, there is an additional charge.) * If you would like to upgrade to a higher car category, you can do so by paying an additional fee. ** Simple car insurance is included (you can upgrade to full insurance at an extra cost).

***From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 60€ per night from April to October and 16€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
