4 St Elmo Court consists of a kitchen with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a living/dining room with a gas fire, Smart TV, and balcony, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a king-size bed, a king-size bed with an en-suite, and a bunk room, along with a shower room featuring a hairdryer. There is a communal car park, along with a swimming pool and gardens, accessible to guests. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles, and a pub and the beach in 0.3 miles. 4 St Elmo Court is well-positioned for a seaside in Devon. Note: The apartment can be accessed by either a lift or a flight of stairs. Repainting of the railings will begin Monday, 7th October 2024 and is expected to take a week. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of GBP 250.
