Enjoy staying in the heart of London's Holborn area with this chic 2-bedroom triplex apartment in a secure residential building. Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.

Property Details:

This 75-sqm triplex apartment is entered from the ground floor and spreads across three floors. The living area is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator, toaster and electric kettle, along with complete sets of dishes, cutlery, cookware and utensils. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, plus basic cleaning equipment are also available.



The bedrooms overlook the opposite building and each features a double bed with a superior-quality mattress. Professionally laundered bed linen, comforters and pillows are provided, along with bath towels for every guest. The bathroom, accessible via the hallway, includes a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink, and is stocked with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Holborn neighborhood offers an ideal base for exploring London, whether by foot or Tube. The River Thames is just a short walk away, perfect for scenic riverside strolls and iconic views from famous bridges like the Millennium Footbridge and Tower Bridge. History enthusiasts will love the proximity of Saint Paul’s Cathedral, a must-see landmark. Fleet Street, known for its traditional English pubs, is home to some of London’s oldest alehouses, including Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese.

Covent Garden, just a short distance away, is perfect for browsing its covered markets and enjoying a meal. The area is also renowned for its vibrant theatre scene, with West End musicals, comedy shows, and more. For breathtaking views of London, head to the London Eye, located just across the Thames. Holborn is also home to some of the city's finest restaurants, offering something for every taste.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.



*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.



*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

The flat was very clean and it was big enough for our group. The beds are very comfortable. It is also very centrally located which makes it easy to take a bus or tube. All facilities were working well.

The place was not what we expected based on the pictures and description. Each room is on a different floor and the living room (with only room for a loveseat) is on the fourth floor of a walk up. And it smelled terrible. Good place if you literally just need a bed to sleep in, I suppose- but not good for families on vacation.

The location was fun and really nice. Lots of great food options. We found check in / out a pain (keys are a quarter mile from property which is pretty far with luggage). There are no chairs or table in the house which made eating a bit complicated and a large security deposit is required.
