Nestled in the hub of Holetown, enjoying numerous amenities.
Beach bars, restaurants and the wonderful LimeGrove shopping mall.
The beach is a 5 minute walk. Massy supermarket is approx 10 minutes walk.
A bus service is on hand and goes north and south of the island.
Ixora 4 is located on the ground floor, with views to the pool.
Sliding doors open onto a large patio equipped with furniture for 'Al fresco' dining.
The American style kitchen/lounge has modern appliances with a full size fridge/freezer.
There is cable TV and wifi.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and fitted wardrobes, also equipped with patio doors
The bathroom has a large shower.
Strictly no smoking in the apartment , terrace or within the complex.
There is a generous electricity allowance of 15 units daily, extra units used will be charged at 25p per unit
