The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable front facing lounge with a smart TV and a family bathroom 4 piece bathroom. Three spacious bedrooms complete the comfortable accommodation, one is king size, one double and one single. Street parking and full y enclosed rear garden area.

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden area, please close the rear door to the garden at 11pm.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
