Part of blocked apartments, yet peaceful, this studio is suitable for 2 people, fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, cozy chilling area and spacious bathroom. Starting January 2025, the Greek government requires all guests staying in short-term rentals to pay a “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee.” For summer stays (April to October), this fee is €8 per night and will be collected separately upon arrival. This is a government-mandated fee and applies to all guests.
