Rental rules
Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is 11:00.
Rates include daily maid service, 24 hrs. concierge service and all applicable taxes.
Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax, which is 15€ per suite/villa per night and is payable directly at the property’s reception.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A Damage Deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival for all villas. The deposit is fully refundable on departure.
