The house’ interior features a spacious open space that combines the living room, dining room, and a state-of-the-art Bulthaup kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances. The kitchen includes a sophisticated wine cellar with adjustable temperature zones, perfect for storing wines. The open space is illuminated by large windows, offering breathtaking sea views and natural light that enhances the harmony of the rooms. A video projector completes the living room.
The two bedrooms are separate and have private bathrooms. On the lower level, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a built-in shower and Turkish bath function, for a truly relaxing experience. The second bedroom, located in the mezzanine, has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet. Both bathrooms offer refined design and exceptional comfort, while the sloping ceiling, peaking at 3 meters, gives the rooms a sense of spaciousness and brightness.

Iris House is equipped with air conditioning, both in the open space and in the bedrooms, and heat pump heating. Free Wi-Fi and a TV complete the technological offerings, while a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and a selection of books and magazines are available to guests. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee machine with pods.

Its location directly on the sea and the harbor makes every moment special, offering unparalleled views without the need for a garden or pool. For those with a car, there is street parking available; the owners will provide a pass that allows access to the pedestrian area where the house is located.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights in mid and low season; From 12/07 to 22/08, minimum stay 5 nights. Arrival/departure any day.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A surcharge of €20 applies for check-ins after 9:00 PM. This amount must be paid in cash on site.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
