The Space:

The property looks directly on to the Rodwell Trail which is an old railway line that is now a nature trail leading to Sandsfoot beach in one direction and goes to Weymouth town centre the other way. Ideally located for those who enjoy the outdoors, whether that be cycling, walking with your family and friends or exploring with the dogs.



Step through the front door into a bright, welcoming hallway that immediately sets a calm and inviting tone. The cosy living room features light-coloured walls, high ceilings, and a sumptuous sofa, making the room an ideal spot to unwind with a favourite show on the flat-screen TV after a day of exploring the local areas.

Access to Prince of Wales Road is via a key safe box. Further instructions will be provided prior to check-in.



Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Free on-street parking is also available nearby on a first come, first served basis.



Please note that pets are welcome, however are limited to either one medium dog, or 2 small dogs. The property does not accept large dogs.
