The open living and dining room showcases sloping ceilings with a panoramic window in a south facing position, and includes 1 sleeping facility along with a dining nook, cable TV and flat screen, and Television for your entertainment. The open kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and fondue Set (cheese), with Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) available as an extra, and the kitchen features a bar area. On the lower ground floor, you will discover 1 room containing 1 french bed measuring 160 cm width and 200 cm length with exit to the balcony, and 1 room offering 1 double bed measuring 180 cm width and 200 cm length with exit to the balcony. The accommodation includes Bath/WC and benefits from underfloor heating throughout. You will have access to 2 balconies positioned south facing, providing marvellous panoramic views of the lake, the mountains and the countryside.
