Upon entering through the entrance hall, you will find a living/dining room equipped with 1 sofabed, a dining table, and cable TV with a flat screen. The living/dining room provides direct exit to the terrace. The apartment includes 1 double bedroom, which also offers exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. A bath/WC completes the interior layout. The apartment features parquet floors throughout and boasts a large terrace measuring 24 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a box-room, offering views of the mountains.
