This split-level, 2-bedroom holiday apartment is set in a large Victorian house providing panoramic views over Langland Bay, with direct access to the beach through the garden.


Langland Bay is fringed by wooden beach huts and palm trees. Ideal for families and people of all ages, there are two cafes and a glass-fronted restaurant, Langland's Brasserie, with a veranda boasting stunning views across the bay. From the promenade you can take the coastal path to Caswell or the vibrant centre of Mumbles with its many cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutiques. There are several ice cream parlours that should be on the 'must visit' checklist including Joe's and Verdi's.

Kitchen/Diner: Dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a built-in fridge and freezer, a microwave, ceramic hob, built in oven and extractor with hood over.


Reception: There are 3 steps down to the lounge. 3-seat and a 2-seat sofa, with matching armchair, a leather swivel chair, and Smart TV.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with a TV


Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds with storage.

Bathroom: Walk in Shower, WC and basin.


External: Balcony from lounge with patio furniture.

Access to the apartment is from the car park to the rear of the building via a flight of 22 steps down to the first floor.
