This spacious end-of-terrace home sits in the heart of Padstow and offers delightful accommodation to families and groups of friends planning Cornish adventures together. Set in the centre of the fishing town, guests are within half a mile of a wide choice of seaside shops, galleries, and places to eat and drink. Across the River Camel is the village of Rock (14 miles by car) or hop on the Padstow–Rock foot ferry to save driving. The Camel Trail is just half a mile away, offering a scenic, 18-mile route perfect for walking and cycling. For days on the beach, St George’s Cove (1 mile) is your closest sandy option, with other nearby beaches including Trevone, Harlyn, and Constantine bays (all within 4 miles). For local attractions, popular sites include the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Tintagel Castle (all within 22 miles).

On arrival to this welcoming home, step though the garden gate to the front door to kick off sandy shoes in the hallway. Walk through to the impressive open-plan kitchen/diner – a well-appointed space flooded with natural light thanks to the skylights and bi-fold patio doors. Find all you need in the kitchen space to cook up a Cornish feast, then gather at the dining table to enjoy the chef’s work – or at the breakfast bar for lighter meals. The restful lounge area beckons after days of adventure. Here, sink into the soft furnishings as the Smart TV streams your favourite series. Completing the ground floor is a handy shower room with WC. At the end of each busy day away, head up to the first floor – where glimpses of the sea can be enjoyed – to choose from three charming bedrooms. These include a super-king-size with zip-and-link beds that convert to twins on request, a double room, and a bunk bedroom perfect for little ones.
