As well as its weekly auction market, this lovely town also offers an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The seaside resort of Aldeburgh is a 12-mile drive away where guests can stroll along the promenade, lined with picturesque pastel-coloured buildings, to the pebble beach with fisherman’s huts selling the daily catch. Alternatively, the historic town of Woodbridge is 10 miles away which offers ample shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. For younger visitors, Easton Farm Park is within a 10-mile drive of the property whilst history lovers shouldn’t miss a trip to the famous Anglo-Saxon site of Sutton Hoo.


This lovely cottage, with its well-proportioned and spacious rooms, provides a comfortable and welcoming retreat. Upon entering the property you’ll find an open-plan lounge/diner with comfortable seating, a dining table and sliding doors opening to the garden. There is a large modern kitchen where guests can enjoy breakfast or a morning coffee at a further dining table overlooking the garden or relax in the conservatory which has a TV, Xbox and a selection of Xbox games. You’ll also find a useful utility area with a washing machine, an office and a cloakroom with a WC. Upstairs comprises two super king-size bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, a twin room (with zip-and-link beds which can be arranged as a super king-size on request), a single bedroom and a family bathroom.


Outside, guests can enjoy the sunshine in the large gardens to the front and rear of the property. There is also a patio with garden furniture for al fresco dining.
