The spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner accessed via a large set of French doors, a few steps down from the parking area, truly embraces the beauty of your surrounding scenery, boasting far-reaching countryside views that will capture your imagination. Combining stunning original features such as exposed stonework, beams, and flagstones with elegant, contemporary decor, the heart of this home-away-from-home offers a warming ambience that invites the whole family to unwind; the feature wood burner and Smart TV set the scene for pure relaxation. Through the kitchen, you’ll find a handy utility boot room. Overlooking the open-plan living space, built into the eaves of the barn with a low, sloping ceiling, the charming mezzanine level features a useful small double sofa bed that can accommodate two additional children. Back downstairs, three steps up from the kitchen, you’ll find three delightful bedrooms, all featuring stunning wooden floors and sophisticated en-suite facilities. A super-king-size room and two king-size rooms with all bedrooms converting to twins on request.
There are French doors on both sides of the barn; one set opens onto a large private decking area with seating, and the other opens into the enclosed garden, which includes a grassed area and a cottage-style space with a pergola over a seating area, offering plenty of room for the whole group to enjoy the delightful countryside setting. Outside, there is also a field where dogs can be exercised, but if there is livestock in the fields, dogs must be kept on a lead. Private parking for three cars is available at the barn.
