This gorgeous property, ideal for families and groups and up to two four-legged friends, sits in the charming rural village of Docking, within easy reach of several sandy beaches, including the wide expanse of sand at Brancaster Beach, 4 miles away. Within 5 miles lies the pretty Georgian village of Burnham Market, a unique 17th-century traditional Norfolk village, where you can spend the day browsing the many independent boutique shops or enjoying a meal in one of the gastropubs.
This impressive new build house (2023), set over two floors and with a reverse-level design, is a homely place to create lasting memories with your nearest and dearest. The rooms are light and airy, with a coastal theme and calming blue tones across the decor and furnishings. All four bedrooms are on the ground floor and en-suite: one super-king-size with French doors leading to a patio area, one twin and two king-size. Head upstairs to the spacious and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm and features a large kitchen island. Cosy up in the lounge are, relax on the sofas, and watch your favourite box set or movies on the Smart TV. Outside is an enclosed garden and patio area on both sides of the house, so you can follow the sun and enjoy some evening drinks or even dine alfresco while watching the sun go down.
Lose yourself in the history, culture, and natural beauty of the area. History buffs will enjoy stepping back in time at Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Castle Rising, all within 15 miles. Other must-see attractions include Snettisham Park Farm (5 miles) and the lake and woodland at Pensthorpe (14 miles). Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure (15 miles) and Hunstanton (7 miles), with a fun fair and Sea Life Centre, are great for families.
