Sleeping 16 guests, the seven-bedroom retreat is 3 miles from the market town on Bungay and the beautiful Broads. With gorgeous gardens, featuring a hot tub, this sumptuous, boutique hotel-style retreat is the perfect place to gather for that big family holiday or special celebration.

Step inside to find yourself in luxurious, period-style accommodation. There are two opulent lounges, each with a wood burner and a TV. There is also a games room downstairs, where the younger members of your party will adore playing air hockey, pool and table tennis and football. Congregate in the splendid kitchen/diner prepare feasts and gather around the table for lively holiday meals. The dining room end has a lovely, vaulted ceiling and an abundance of glass that brings the sun streaming in. Pull the doors open on fine days so everyone can wander outside. A utility room and a WC are also downstairs, together with one of your bedrooms. This has a zip-and-link super-king bed, that can also be made up as a twin by prior agreement, with an en-suite shower room. The other six bedrooms, with the same arrangement of beds, are on the first floor. Each has an en-suite shower room and two feature an additional single bed, making them perfect for families. Spill out into the glorious garden to unwind in different terrace areas. Cook out in the pizza oven or on the BBQ, bubble in the hot tub and play games with the children and pets on the lawn. There is private parking for seven cars.

You’re set just outside the Broads National Park and the nearby villages of Beccles and Bungay are both within 9 miles, sitting right on the edge of the special landscape so you can visit the famous canals. Venture 16 miles into Norwich to visit the castle and cathedral and explore its shopping areas. Plan a day trip to the beach at Southwold, 19.5 miles away.
