Situated in one of the city s most privileged locations, directly above the harbor, Petralis Residence offers 120 m² of comfort, bright interiors, modern design, and panoramic views. It is the ideal retreat for couples, families, or travelers seeking a luxurious yet welcoming home with style, quality, and complete privacy far more than a typical apartment.

The open plan living area boasts a high ceiling with wooden beams and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, with a marble countertop and bar stools, allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease, while the stylish dining area is perfect for enjoying your culinary creations. At the same level, there are two bedrooms, the one of them with double bed and ensuite bathroom and the other with 2 single beds. Guests of both bedrooms have access to a separate, spacious bathroom.

Step out onto the private balcony to soak in the stunning sea views. The balcony is furnished with a glass top table and comfortable wicker chairs, providing a perfect spot for relaxation.In the mornings, you can hear the harbor wake up, while at night the lights reflect on the water a true Greek island feeling that the harbor of Agios Nikolaos can offer.
