This contemporary villa sleeps 6/8 enjoys an exceptional location directly overlooking the quay of Port Maravenne in a quiet residential area. Neat services, comfortable and functional, very good bedding. IDEAL FOR 2 FAMILIES
Composed of 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with bathroom, 3 toilets and 2 terraces (1 panoramic ideal for sunbathing in peace). Pleasant, very well-equipped kitchen opening onto a large terrace with a view of the Port. TAMARIS beach and ARGENTIERE beach are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The launching for boats and nautical devices is 2 minutes walk from the villa. The marina of La Londe les Maures, right next to it, pier for the Golden Islands (Ile de Porquerolles, Ile de Port-Cros, Iles du Levant).
Many festivities and animations are proposed on the port and on the Argentière Beach (Jazz Festival, craft evenings, Ball ...)
