A sheltered porch guides guests into an airy living space with a contemporary kitchen corner, featuring a modern island equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and full cooking essentials.
The living area includes a sofa bed, satellite TV, dining table and chairs, offering a relaxed and functional heart of the home. The sleeping quarters consist of a double bedroom enriched by subtle Japanese influences and a twin bedroom with a charming sea view. Mosquito nets are provided throughout, with air-conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensuring a comfortable stay.
A spacious emerald-toned bathroom features a basin, WC, bidet and shower. The veranda opens towards sweeping sea views and is furnished for al fresco dining, ideal for savouring sunsets over the bay. Outside, guests will find a barbecue area and ample private parking.
