The property also offers a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a Smart TV with a box for entertainment. The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
