the vibrant Atlantic Seaboard of the Mother City.
Upon entering the property, you'll be welcomed by the inviting
open-plan living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything
you need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay with ample storage
and counter space, and a coffee machine for added convenience.
Across from the kitchen, the dining space features a rustic, wooden
dining table with seating for four. The lounge is thoughtfully
furnished with a cosy couch, a spacious pouffe, and a TV cabinet
housing a flatscreen television for your entertainment, with access to
streaming channels such as Netflix.
Guests will appreciate the comfortable queen-size bed in this
tastefully decorated bedroom that features nightstands on either side
and plenty of wardrobe space. The shared bathroom includes a spacious
walk-in shower, toilet, and a washbasin. Linen and towels are provided
with your stay.
Whether you are here to simply relax or experience the vibrant local
scene, this home has everything you need to enjoy a truly memorable
stay. You will be mere minutes away from Sea Point's Milton Beach and
within walking distance to popular bars, restaurants, and boutiques.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
