Modern, spacious flat in vibrant Brockley with tall ceilings and a south-facing garden perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. A short walk to Brockley and Nunhead stations with fast trains to London Bridge and London Victoria. Only 5 minutes from Telegraph Hill and its panoramic skyline views.
We’re away for 3 months — offering discounted rates for longer stays.
A bright, comfortable base for exploring central and SE London.
• Tall ceilings and generous open-plan living space
• Modern kitchen and bathroom, with all the necessary appliances.
• Decent size bedroom with a king bed and built in storage.
• South-facing garden, perfect for relaxing or dining outside
• The space is ideal for a couple, solo travellers or remote workers
• Short walk to both Brockley and Nunhead stations, with fast trains to London Victoria and London Bridge
• Only a 5-minute walk to Telegraph Hill, offering panoramic views across the London skyline
• Telegraph Hill has a bustling and cosy community cafe and hub which hosts an array of evening events throughout the month, from Jazz to comedy and pilates.
• Telegraph Hill park hosts a weekly farmers market.
• Brockley village is a 7 minute walk where you will find a number of relaxed cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.
To note, the flat overlooks the train tracks — you might hear trains now and then, but it honestly doesn’t bother us and you get used to it quickly.
Everything else about the street and surrounding area is quiet, residential and safe.
Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the open-plan living area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The south-facing garden is shared with the upstairs neighbour, though they rarely use it, so it usually feels private.
We’ll be travelling while you’re here, so the flat is all yours. we're still just a message away for anything you need, and a friend who lives nearby is on hand for any urgent help.
The location is well connected, with the Windrush Line at Brockley Station giving access to the London Underground network.
