Situated 50m from the Promenade for Sunsets, Sunrises and the Ocean. Spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit in a secure apartment block, situated on the 3rd floor, a stones throw away from the Sea Point Promenade and close to all activities, restaurants and bistro's. This is a self catering unit. We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers. Please note that stairs are required as the apartment block does not have a lift.

This one bedroom apartment is fitted with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Please note that the building does not have an elevator and stairs are required to get to the front door

Guests can use all the amenities and facilities inside the unit.
