We’re happy to present Lollo's Terrace, a charming apartment in Mondello that promises a unique and unforgettable stay. Nestled beneath Capo Gallo, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk from Mondello’s beach and square. Enjoy stunning panoramic views, from the Gulf of Mondello to Monte Pellegrino, Palermo, and nearby mountains.

With over 120 m² of space and elegant wooden floors, the apartment offers every comfort: a 30 m² terrace with deckchairs and extendable table for relaxing moments; a large veranda with soundproof glass, air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a 55" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meals enjoyed indoors or on the terrace.



There’s a spacious quadruple bedroom (double bed + two singles) and a modern bathroom with a large double-door shower for restful comfort. Access is via a private road with an automatic gate and a short, easy incline with steps leading directly to the apartment entrance, convenient and well-marked for a smooth arrival.
