The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms offer floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with stunning sea views, while the other two bedrooms are enhanced by a skylight atrium that fills the rooms with natural light. All bathrooms are finished with elegant stone surfaces.



The open-plan living area includes a stylish lounge with an eco fireplace, a dining space, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a 50 sq. m private freshwater swimming pool (1.6 m deep), sun loungers, and multiple furnished terraces.



A shaded pergola dining area with an outdoor kitchen and grill makes alfresco dining a highlight of your stay. Additional features include individual parking for two cars, soundproof windows, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and premium amenities throughout.



Guest Access:

Getting Around:

Private parking for two cars is available at the villa. A special offer of 30% discount on car rental is available to guests.

As an added benefit, a free arrival transfer from Heraklion Airport is included. Departure transfers and larger group transfers can be arranged for an additional fee, selectable during booking.

Payment policy:

30% deposit within 48 hours of confirmation. Full balance due 30 days before arrival (or 100% within 48 hours if booking less than 30 days before check-in).



Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation until 18:00 (local time) on 2 March 2026. After that, cancellation penalties apply as per booking terms.
