Welcome to this beautiful apartment, featuring inviting social areas and two separate bedrooms—perfect for a family of four or a group of friends. You enter into the living room, which offers a comfortable seating area with a smart TV and a dining space. There is also a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. Large windows overlooking the quiet inner yard fill the room with natural light.
The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, and dishwasher, along with all essentials needed to prepare your own meals.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a 180 cm bed and a large closet with generous storage space, while the second bedroom has two 90 cm beds (which can be joined to form a 180 cm bed) and ample storage for clothing. The bathroom is newly renovated with white tiles, a WC, sink, and shower. The entire apartment has been freshly painted, giving it a crisp and welcoming atmosphere.
Situated in a quiet inner yard that enjoys sunshine all day, the outdoor space is shared with other tenants and offers a grill for summer evenings or a spot to sunbathe during the day.
The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, ensuring privacy and comfort.

The apartment is ideally located near Söderport, right beside the historic city wall, with a large supermarket just steps away. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of inner-city Visby, with its charming restaurants, cafés, and shops. Its close proximity to the harbor and bus station makes it easy to explore not only Visby but the entire island of Gotland.
Getting Around:
The accommodation is conveniently located about 600 meters, or a 10-minute walk, from Visby bus station, providing connections to local and regional buses, including the airport shuttle. The ferry harbor is also within a similar distance, and ample parking is available nearby. Being within the city walls makes it easy to explore Visby on foot, with convenient access to all parts of this historic town.

1. Guest Policy: Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted to stay at the premises. The accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of accommodation policies.

Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified by the host, with any exceptions requiring prior agreement. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and only the guests listed in the booking are allowed in the unit. 3. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.
4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage.
5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance.
