• A deposit of 3,000 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within a week after check-out, provided that the house has been left in an approved condition upon inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be selected for: 200 SEK per person and 50 SEK per person. Cash payment upon arrival.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean themselves, cleaning materials are provided in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.
