large room for rent for 1 or 2 people.

bathroom with bathtub is of exclusive use but located on the ground
floor. Shared with the owner is both the living room at the entrance and
the laundry area with washing machine for guests` use.

Tavernetta di Luca is located in the center of Melendugno, a pretty
town in the province of Lecce where all the main services are present.
Melendugno has a long coastline with many renowned seaside resorts such as Torre dell`Orso, San Foca, Sant`Andrea and Roca.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The apartment is on the basement floor.  
- Entrance hall and laundry room are shared with the owner.
