One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a booking. Booked a five-night stay and on arrival there was no power in the apartment - no lights, no hot water, no wi-fi, no air conditioning. Contacted the agency, which is called MadeComfy, who promised to rectify the issues the following day. They didn't. Nor did they fix it on the following day or indeed right through the end of the rental period. 5 full days without power, hot water, air-conditioning or wi-fi. Their representative advised to book into a hotel and they would reimburse us at the nightly rate of the apartment stay but with a major sporting event happening in the city and hotels running at over 1000 per night, this was never going to be an option and would have cost us a fortune. I pointed this out and requested that they fix the problem, but they didn't. The stay ran across weekend and they said they could not fix the problem on a weekend as they had no one to do so. It's supposed to be a rental agency. It should have emergency maintenance. It does not. Despite not fixing the problem for five days or finding alternative accommodation, they have point blank refused a full refund. They have said they will reimburse us 'in line with their policies' but have not responded when asked to detail that policy. As a reminder the company is called MadeComfy, the parent company is called Belvilla. Do not have anything to do with them.

Diese charmante Wohnung ist ideal zum Einziehen. Sie erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe des grauen Gebäudes Nr. 25. Die Garage benötigt ein neues Tor. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, frische weiße Handtücher und ein schönes Café direkt gegenüber auf der linken Seite. Zur Chapel Street und den Geschäften, die Sie erwarten würden, ist es allerdings etwas weiter. Heizung und Klimaanlage funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Zugang ist mit einem Schlüsselsafe gesichert, und Uber-Lieferungen sind problemlos möglich.

Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist bei heißem Wetter überlastet und lässt Eis austreten, selbst bei kühlerem Wetter. Die Klimaanlage im unteren Zimmer tropft. Für einen achttägigen Aufenthalt benötigt man mehr als vier Rollen Toilettenpapier – und auch mehr Waschmittel, Geschirrspültabs usw., um den Bedarf von drei Personen über acht Nächte zu decken, nicht nur von ein oder zwei. Die schmutzigen Stühle und der Tisch sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Der urinbefleckte Matratzenschoner im Kleiderschrank des unteren Schlafzimmers ist abstoßend. Es wären ein paar saubere Decken nötig, die nach jedem Besuch gewaschen werden, und zwar in jedem Kleiderschrank. Da wir selbst eine Airbnb-Unterkunft betreiben, hoffen wir, dass diese Kritik konstruktiv ist. Ich würde Ihnen dringend empfehlen, Ihre beiden Klimaanlagen reparieren zu lassen oder die im Wohnzimmer zu modernisieren und den ekelhaften Tisch und die Stühle auszutauschen und saubere Decken bereitzustellen. Der Preis für einen so langen Aufenthalt von über einer Woche ohne Rabatt ist mittelmäßig. Wir sind dankbar für die Erfahrung, da sie uns gezeigt hat, was uns für einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt wichtig ist.
