About this property

Pitti Art by MMega Homes and Villas

In the most authentic heart of Florence, in Sdrucciolo de' Pitti, in the charming Santo Spirito neighborhood, we offer a charming apartment for rent, just steps from Palazzo Pitti, the Boboli Gardens, and the Basilica of Santo Spirito. A simply privileged location, ideal for those who want to experience the city while immersing themselves in its history, amidst artisan workshops, traditional restaurants, and lively piazzas.

The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a typical building in Florence's historic center. It has no elevator, a common feature of historic buildings in the area, and is amply compensated by the atmosphere and view you enjoy upon arrival.

The interiors captivate from first glance: the apartment is beautiful, welcoming, and authentically Florentine, with original terracotta floors, exposed wood-beamed ceilings, and exquisite wallpaper that lends personality and warmth to every room. The furnishings are tastefully curated and embellished with refined antiques, creating an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful apartment on the top floor of the building. The best part about the apartment was the view -- every window had an amazing view of the city. We loved using the terrace in the evenings to watch the sunset. Highly recommend staying here. It had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Fair warning - the flights of stairs are long. Make sure you're able to carry your suitcases up 6 flights, not for the faint-hearted.

The apartment is clean and the air conditioning unit works very well! The view from the terrace is unmatched (and makes the 7 flights of stairs worth it!). Otis was very helpful and accommodating. He communicated with us regularly and allowed us to check out an hour late, which really helped to make our time in Florence smooth. Thank you!
