Just a short walk to the charming town centre with a great choice of restaurants and cafés, and only a quick drive to Fuseta's stunning lagoon beach and the beautiful islands of Armona.
INTERIOR
This modern townhouse features a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, including an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. Upstairs, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the other two share a stylish bathroom with a bathtub. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor for added convenience.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside to enjoy your own private oasis. The 6m x 6m plunge pool is surrounded by paved terraces and a range of outdoor furniture, including sun loungers, a dining table, and comfortable seating for relaxing or dining alfresco. On the rooftop, a stunning sun terrace awaits, furnished with cosy sofas—ideal for sundowners, evening drinks, or simply unwinding with a book under the Algarve sky.
LOCATION
Centrally located in the charming village of Moncarapacho, the villa is just 700 metres from the heart of town, where you'll find a great selection of cafés and restaurants in a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. The beautiful beaches of Fuseta and the ferry to Armona Island are just a short drive or Uber ride away, making it easy to enjoy the best of the East Algarve.
