The apartment is located 10 minutes from St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, in the heart of Venice.
It features a kitchen and a spacious living room.
Located on the first floor, making it convenient for luggage.
A quiet, residential area, away from the hustle and bustle.
You’ll check in on your own; I’ll send you the access codes a few days in advance. By law, I’m required to ask for your identification documents.

Arianna greeted us at the front door. She went over everything we needed to know and gave excellent recommendations. The house was clean and well maintained. It was conveniently located near one of the vaporetto stops. Highly recommended!

Great location. Very nice apartment. The host was very helpful getting us to the property as I was having navigation issues with my phone. The place is set up for a long term stay with everything you need.

We had a short lovely stay in Venice. The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The communication was excellent. The location was PERFECT. The AC was amazing after long days of seeing the beauty of the city. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was incredible! The location was perfect, close enough the all the major spots but still out of the way of large crowds. Definitely a great place to stay both short and long term! Highly recommend!

Easy location on and off the vaporetto from the train station. Very clean. Met all our needs. Great having a washing machine, drying rack and iron. Limited hair and body products in the bathroom. It was no big deal. We text with a English speaking host with questions like nearest grocery store. Over all great experience!

This stay is awesome!! It’s in a great location, close to everything but still secluded from the busy foot traffic. The apartment is pretty large and plenty of space for two people. Everything worked great, and the AC was wonderful to come back to after a hot day. Washer was helpful too, and drying rack for laundry. Would love to stay again!!

The apartment is truly in the center of it all. We were a 5-8 minute walk from everything we wanted to see. It's also a 2 min walk from the San Angelo canal stop. Know that there is a washer but no dryer and the bedroom can be loud at times with people walking by.

Everything was perfect, the host allowed an early check-in as we arrived before we planned. It was clean, the air conditioner was excellent, and the location was fantastic.We were only five minute walk from the main canal and in a shopping district area with plenty of restaurants.The host also provided excellent directions and how to find the property and was very quick to respond to any questions.We would stay again in a minute!

Other than the Host, trying to get us to pay her cash for a “tax“ that was not in the listing, the stay was OK. The location was great in regards to being close to things, but yet set apart from the touristy areas. But it was loud at night with people walking by and talking and such. Cops interrogated a guy under the bedroom window for about two hours... not only was that unnerving, but all the noise from the streets seem to funnel into the apartments. It’s just not something we are used to having to hear all night long. The people above us had a kid who played basketball or something and would be up half the night bouncing a ball on our ceiling or out in the alleyway and it was extremely loud. If none of those factors were in play, it would be a five out of five.

The tourist tax is specified on the website; VRBO paid it on your behalf because it was due. I am sorry about the noise outside the apartment, but please keep in mind that you booked a ground-floor apartment, which means you are at street level.

Perfect location. Right off the water bus dock which puts you anywhere along the canal in minutes. Far enough away from main spots so it’s quiet. Huge space for 2 people and very modern finishes. Thanks for sharing your space!

Apartment pretty much as advertised. For whatever reason, communications wrt directions and final instructions for arrival/ check/in were a bit challenging, but upon arrival everything was fine. St Angelo water bus terminal is very close, and only one small canal bridge to cross with luggage. Relatively easy. Centrally located to both St Marks square and Rialto Bridge. Bed is not the most comfortable. Washer only, no dryer, but none advertised despite a washer user manual that says it’s a combo washer/dryer… go figure, Towel heating rack apparently does not work. Above are details but overall an excellent apartment at that price point.

We arrived in Venice early on our first day, and our wonderful host kindly let us check into the apartment ahead of schedule at no extra cost. This was a huge bonus, as it meant we could drop our luggage off straight away and make the most of our first day exploring the city. The apartment is also just a short walk from the Grand Canal water bus stop, making it very convenient to reach. As we only had a limited time in Venice, we knew we'd be spending most of our days out exploring, so we felt the extra expense of a hotel would have been unnecessary. The apartment provided an excellent base for our stay, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Its location was ideal, with St Mark's Square around a 10-minute walk away, the Rialto Bridge just 5 minutes away, and a supermarket only 3–4 minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and spacious for the two of us. One thing to be aware of (though not necessarily a negative) is that the bedroom window appears to have been adapted for the air conditioning unit, so outside noise carries into the room quite easily. We could hear people talking, wheeling suitcases and the early morning street cleaning. It wasn't an issue for us as we sleep with earplugs, but lighter sleepers may wish to bear it in mind. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and centrally located base for exploring Venice.

The stay and accommodations were very nice. Unexpected perk was clothes washer, so had a chance to laundry before leaving. No drier, but a nice rack to hang clothes on. The place is only a relatively short water taxi from the train station, but would have been helpful if more direction was given in that regard. Gas water heater had trouble kicking in at first, but was able to resolve. Great location, only a short walk to all the main stuff to see in Venice.

Superbe appartement de style vénitien, très propre et spacieux. L’accès direct à la rue sans escaliers ainsi que l’emplacement ont facilité nos déplacements et visites. Martin nous a très bien accueilli.
