Please note:

1: The pool heating is available from March 15th to May 15th, and from Ocober 1st to November 15th. The hot tub is available from the 1st of October to the 15th of May.

2: Smoking and pets are not allowed.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.

4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 23:00 are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
