Casa Vita Lenta:
Our renovated apartment covers 67m2, is located less than 100m from the Mediterranean Sea, and is part of a beautiful, green, small-scale apartment complex called I Mirti (32 apartments in total).
The apartment has a beautiful sea view of the Porto Pozzo lagoon from our balcony and with a 360view from our spacious 35m2 private roof terrace.
This place is ideal for families, romantic couples but also for a group of friends, it can sleep 6 people in total. The area is quiet, and the apartment has a relaxed sunny atmosphere where you can stand on the beach with your feet in the sand in a few steps.
The apartment:
*Living room with open kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge incl. freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), a spacious sofa bed, flat screen smart TV, Bluetooth radio (DAB18), air conditioning (cools in summer & heats in winter), with spacious balcony where you can sit with 6 people for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector present.
*2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, fold-out desk, safe, iron, ironing board, and air conditioning. And one bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and a small balcony with drying rack. (a cot can be placed on request)
*2 bathrooms, one en-suite with shower cabin and hairdryer, the other bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine.
*Spacious roof terrace with dining table, parasol on mobile base and a 6-person lounge sofa perfect for alfresco dining with a nice sea breeze
*Private parking space in the parking garage of the complex, access via automatic barrier.
For the first evening, so that you don't have to go shopping right away, we have a bottle of water (it is better not to drink from the tap), cookies and some coffee & tea ready.

Your base is an authentic and peaceful village in the north of Sardinia, ideally situated to explore the Costa Smeralda and the nearby
islands of the Maddalena Archipelago. Here you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful views over the bay and the proximity of both
lively seaside resorts and quiet nature.
The activities in Porto Pozzo are mainly focused on nature, sea and relaxation:
• Boat trips and sailing trips to for example Maddalena Archipelago Natural Park, Spargi, Budelli Pink Beach, Caprera & even Bonifacio
in Corsica. Catamaran trips, private boat trips and RIB boat rental are available. You can arrange rental via the small offices at the pier
just in front of our apartment complex
• Water sports such as snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding in the bay of Porto Pozzo and the nearby beaches. There is even a
sailing and surfing school a little further away in Porto Pollo.
• Beach visits to the beautiful beaches such as Spiaggia La Licciola, about 10 minutes away by car, ideal for lazing around and swimming.
• Walking and exploring the area, with views of the granite rock formations and Mediterranean nature, you can hike in Isola di
Coluccia, the national park that you look out over from the apartment
There are also several shops and restaurants, starting with Da Battino on the beach in the harbor in front of the apartment complex.
There are three more restaurants on the main street, as well as Gianpaolo's Bar which is open almost 24/7. There is a delicious
Gelateria Dolci Sardi and two supermarkets, of which Maria on the main street also sells fresh bread and fresh pasta and a fresh
fishmonger around the corner. There is a pharmacy, an ATM and a tourist office
