Villa with large private green park and swimming pool, with 4 bedrooms, very close to the Lake, ideal for a family or group holiday of up to 9 people!

The villa, equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room featuring sofas, Smart TV, and a dining table with chairs; the kitchen is separate from the living room and includes an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.

The villa continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and private en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and WC. The second and third bedrooms both have double beds, air conditioning, and wardrobes, and share a second bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning, while the fifth bedroom offers a single sofa bed; these two rooms share the third bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

Villa Elisa has a very large private garden, perfect for families with children who can play during the summer by Lake Garda and refresh themselves in the beautiful private swimming pool!

Guests will also have two uncovered parking spaces within the property.

The villa’s private swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.
A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request and availability, with a small extra cost of €10 each per night.
Small pets are allowed upon request, with a small extra fee.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival all the necessary instructions to access the accommodation will be provided.
At the time of arrival or a few days before, the tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which is subject to local regulations.

Padenghe sul Garda is a town on the Brescian side of Lake Garda, surrounded by the greenery of the morainic hills. This land is home to the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine of the province of Brescia: the “Garda Classico”. The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda hosts theater companies, music groups, historical and folkloric re-enactments that enliven the pleasant evenings after a day spent boating or on the beaches. This area also offers many nightclubs for younger visitors, as well as long walks, cycling paths, sports fields, a rich schedule of events, and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. Padenghe’s beaches are beautiful in every season, as is its mysterious and romantic historic center.

Verona Airport is about a 35-minute drive from the villa.
