Welcome to a spacious and peaceful holiday home, located in Gärsnäs, just outside Simrishamn, right in the heart of beautiful Österlen. Here you live in a rural and secluded setting, but with proximity to the sea, nature, culture and cozy small towns.



The large house has a bedroom with two single beds and a loft with a double bed, which makes the house well suited for both families and smaller groups. There is also a toilet with shower and a well-equipped kitchen that is suitable for both everyday meals and longer dinners. Large living room open to the ceiling, which gives a wonderful feeling of space. For cooler days there is a stove that creates both warmth and atmosphere.



The small house has a bedroom with bunk beds and a loft with a double bed, as well as a daybed/single bed in the living room. Smaller kitchen for cooking and toilet with shower.



Outside the house, a paved patio with a barbecue awaits, perfect for summer evenings, and a large garden with smaller crops and a charming little orangery that invites you to spend quiet moments in the greenery.



The open landscape of Österlen is ideal for walks and bike rides, and in the surroundings there are farm shops, cafes, artists and local food experiences to discover.

For those who want to swim, several of Skåne's most popular beaches are a short drive away, including Sandhammaren with its white sand and clear water, Haväng which offers magnificent nature and expansive views and Knäbäckshusen, a more wild and natural beach. Also nearby are charming small towns such as Simrishamn with its harbor, restaurants and shops, Ystad with its cobblestone streets and historical environments and the fishing village of Brantevik.

A visit to Kåseberga and Ale's stones is also a popular excursion destination, especially at sunset.

We also recommend a visit to Tosselilla Summerland, which offers a water park, carousels and several other activities for children and adults of different ages.



Good to know about the accommodation

• A deposit of 2000 SEK is charged on the day of arrival and is refunded one week after departure.

• Final cleaning is mandatory and is added to the price of 3750 SEK/booking

• Bed linen and towels can be rented for a cost of 300 SEK/person
