The Standard Two-room apartment is a 3-bed vacation home with equipped outdoor spaces for rent for vacations in Santa Maria di Leuca, inside a villa with swimming pool.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven and microwave.
The pool is in shared use by guests, and with it also the outdoor shower, barbecue, relaxation areas and parking. Pets are allowed.

house is introduced by a small hallway leading to the different rooms.
The living area is furnished with a kitchenette, dining table and
chairs, mini fridge and sideboard.
The sleeping area is 1 triple room with double bed + single bed. Complete the interior 1 bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning is in the hall and cools all rooms. The house has an electrical system powered by solar panels.
In common there are equipped outdoor spaces, parking, pool area, outdoor shower and barbecue. Pets are allowed.
In the pool area, there is a three-room apartment in which the owner resides, in August only.

the lighthouse on the promontory and the monumental waterfall that marks

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared Pool available from May to mid-September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Outsides are shared.
