Casa della Farfalla is a beautiful historic home in the heart of Polignano a Mare.
The recently renovated vacation home is offered for refined stays in the village overlooking the sea, for groups of up to 6 people.
The abode is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, etc.
Also present is a beautiful terrace with solarium and outdoor shower.

Casa
della Farfalla was born from the fine renovation of an old mansion. The
original cement tiles from the last century have been reused and give
an authentic charm to the living room.
The barrel vaults make the house bright and airy.
On the second floor the entrance is into a bright living area with an open kitchen and balcony overlooking Neapolis Street.
On this floor the sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom: the first is a double bedroom with walk-in closet and balcony, also on Via Neapolis, the second is a quadruple room with double bed + sofa bed for two people. Completing the floor is a laundry room complete with washing machine.
An internal staircase leads to the terrace,
where there is also a relaxation room with sofa and a service bathroom
with sink and toilet. From the terrace with solarium and outdoor shower
you can enjoy panoramic views of the city.
The Casa della
Farfalla is so known in memory of a woman who lived here in other times.
She was the protagonist of beautiful events but also of dramatic
events, family events and difficulties related to the postwar period.
The
atrocities of life had never taken away her strength and kindness, and
even with a broken lanimo she twirled through the streets and greeted
everyone with kindness and grace, because the butterfly does not count
years but instants, which is why her short time is enough for her.

Casa
della Farfalla is located in Polignano a Mare, in the center, along a
pedestrian street. Everything is within easy reach. The beautiful little
beach of Lama Monachile is just 700 meters away. The ancient gateway of
Arco Marchesale is only 270 m away.
The location is ideal for both those traveling by car and those arriving by vehicle.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- Mandatory heating from October to April, euro 5 per day to be paid on site.
