Villa Marte is in a great location, with the seafront just at the end of the street. The fashionable marina, waterpark, and lighthouse restaurant of Calan Bosch are all within a 15 minute walk. You’ll also find the beautiful Calan Bosch Beach and Son Xoriguer Beach nearby, perfect for a day of sun and sea. The charming town of Ciutadella, with its historical architecture and vibrant atmosphere, is just a short 10 minute drive away. This charming villa features a private pool and a BBQ with an outdoor dining area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Marte is in the area of Cap d'Artrutx, just a 15 minute walk from Calan Bosch’s stylish marina. The marina features several great restaurants and cafes, as well as a small shopping complex. The entrance to Calan Bosch Beach is on the far side of the marina, about a 20 minute walk away. The resort also boasts a fantastic waterpark and a lighthouse restaurant with stunning views. The beautiful Son Xoriguer Beach is approximately a 20 minute walk from the villa. The historic town of Ciutadella, known for its historical architecture and vibrant atmosphere, is just a short 10 minute drive away, making this villa an ideal base for exploring the area.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
