Two-bedroom apartment inside the San Sivino residential complex in Manerba del Garda, in a unique lakeside position with direct access to the beach and a shared swimming pool, perfect for a family or group holiday for up to 6 guests!



The apartment features free Wi-Fi and welcomes guests with a spacious living area with air conditioning and lake view, two comfortable sofas, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, American coffee machine and toaster.

The living room opens onto a beautiful patio shaded by an awning and the garden, offering a magnificent lake view; the patio is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs. The apartment also includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine.



Guests can park their car in the private outdoor parking area within the residence courtyard.

Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms, allowing both rooms to be cooled by keeping the doors open.



The shared swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th, and can be used from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Wearing a swimming cap may be required.



A baby cot and high chair are available on request for a small extra fee.

Pets are allowed upon request for a small extra fee.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the instructions needed to access the property independently.

On arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be requested. The amount varies according to local regulations.



Manerba del Garda lies among the gentle hills of Valtenesi, surrounded by greenery and farms offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding excursions, traditional local cuisine in trattorias, and beautiful golf courses.

The area also offers several well-equipped campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions of the lake. The heart of the town is protected by the charming Rocca di Manerba, a panoramic cliff overlooking the lake, ideal for relaxing walks in the Natural Park and offering breathtaking views over much of Lake Garda and its islands.



The apartment is about 20 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from Verona Valerio Catullo Airport.
