Located in the quiet and attractive neighborhood of Diklo in Zadar, not far from the historic center of Zadar, Luxury Matoš Estate is an elegant villa that offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort and Mediterranean lifestyle.
Surrounded by greenery and just a few minutes walk from the sea and beaches, it is ideal for a family vacation, a stay with friends or a relaxing escape from everyday life. Diklo is the perfect choice for guests who want peace, security and an authentic Dalmatian atmosphere, but also proximity to cultural attractions, excursions to islands and national parks. Luxury Matoš Estate offers 65 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1500 m2. It is 600 meters from the nearest beach, which is an excellent opportunity for diving and swimming in the clear Adriatic Sea. The villa has underfloor heating and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, and optimally 4 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds, and an additional person may sleep on the sofa in the living room. There is 1 bathroom with a shower. As additional amenities, you will use a washing machine and an iron.
The modern and beautifully decorated kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family or friends, and there is also a beautiful dining room with a dining table. Also, the villa offers a sea view from the kitchen and living room.
The outdoor terrace is a real luxury. Here you will enjoy the 50 m2 heated pool with sun loungers next to it. The terrace also has a romantic jacuzzi and garden furniture ideal for drinking your morning coffee in peace and quiet. Preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes has never been easier thanks to the outdoor charcoal or wood-fired grill.
The yard is completely fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces.
