vacation home is fully fenced and accessible by both car and pedestrian
gates. The garden offers coolness with its plants, as well as the
veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can have lunch and
dinner outside.
The first room with typical star vaults consists of dining room and kitchen. Here there is 1 bed furniture. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds.
Completing the interior are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one in the master bedroom.
The
vacation house is part of a complex of two adjacent units, called Villa
Jole, which can also be rented together. There are grilles on all
fixtures.

Jole is located in a residential area, just 400 meters from the sea,
between the marinas of Mancaversa and Torre Suda, on the Ionian coast of
Salento.
In extended Torre Suda, all the main services are
present. The renowned beaches of Gallipoli, Baia Verde and Lido Pizzo,
are only 5 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
