This Idyllic property (306m2) has been fully renovated and has more than 100 years of history, it is situated close to the Baie des Canebiers and the Plage des Salins and is surrounded by lush vineyards, just on the border of the Parc de St Tropez. On the third floor, another large ensuite bedroom with bath, shower, and WC. There are fitted wardrobes and a large balcony with furniture to relax and look over the gardens towards Les Salins.
At the tower`s top is a great bedroom with a double bed (140cm) with an ensuite shower and WC. This room also has fitted wardrobes.

There is a BBQ area, outdoor toilet and shower and lounging terrace surrounding the pool.
