Win Hill View Cottage consists of a kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV. The bedrooms include one family room with a king and single bed, one small double, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is an additional double sofa bed in the living room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear lawn and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub (Old Hall Hotel) next door. Win Hill View Cottage is a charming base for exploring the Peak District. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP250. Please note: The garden isn't fully enclosed, so dogs will need to be supervised

Set amongst the beautiful rolling hills of the Peak District National Park, the village boasts some village pubs which serve food, a general store, some very interesting shops and galleries to explore, and a railway station. Hope is perfectly situated for either an action-packed break full of caving, climbing, and great walks from the doorstep, or a quiet countryside break in this lovely part of the Peaks. The Winnats Pass cuts a course through superb scenery just a couple of miles away in Castleton, and is a delight for walkers, cyclists and motorists alike. Nearby are the pretty villages of Edale, the start of the Pennine Way, Castleton and Hathersage with its seasonal outdoor swimming pool, while horse riding and the wonderful Castleton Caves are all available within 3 miles. Enjoy a day out at Alton Towers or visit the impressive Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. Also within easy reach are Buxton, Matlock Bath and Carsington Water, while further afield are the market towns of Ashbourne and Leek.
