Cosy one bedroom flat in a country house.
With rural views and a quiet location this self contained flat on the second floor of a family home affords access to Bedford and the Universal Studios development site, each within 10 minutes drive.
Private access to river with decking and walking trails from the back of the house to Hanger Wood and the annual Bluebells.
Located on the second floor the flat has a lockable door and stairs onto a landing. This affords access to the double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Through the kitchen is the living room with double sofabed, smart TV, woodburning stove and armchair.
The property shares a driveway with the main house and includes private off-road parking for several cars.
We provide bed linen for both the main bed and sofabed, towels, wifi, smart TV and a fully fitted kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk are provided. No smoking.
