Villa Pearl: Entering the building through the majestic, stone entrance, we come across an unparalleled example of modern architecture mixed with traditional details, constructed by local craftsmen with skills and passion. The point of reference is the built-in sitting room and the built-in dining table, which, together, can accommodate up to 30 people. They are in the main pergola, in between the main residence and the guest rooms. In the front, lies the big, ecological swimming pool of 15 m., which gives the sense that the sky and the sea unite into a whole. On the right side, there is the second pergola, which hosts the wonderful 5 seated hydro massage and the sunbeds. 

The villa covers 450 sq. m. of the interior rooms and 550 sq. m. of the outdoor premises – all on the same level. It includes 2 structures: the main structure, with a big, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 14 persons, a sitting room, 2 master bedrooms, 3 bedrooms downstairs, and the guesthouse with other 3 comfortable bedrooms. All areas and rooms are bright and spacious, have built-in beds and furniture, easy access to the verandas and share an amazing view to the pool and the sea. The unification of the interior space with the verandas is accomplished through using the traditional gray pressed cement technique. 

The buildings, made of stone, have integrated, up-to-date materials of external heat insulation, that besides excellent aesthetics, offer superb conditions of temperature, humidity, and soundproofing. Villa Dream: A villa of 75 sq m. situated on a magnificent island’s natural rocky terrain In the most beautiful hillside of Paros, where fine vineyards have grown for hundreds of years, a new life has been given to an old farmhouse built in 1920. The fully renovated farmhouse, constructed with modern standards, is the first part of a large project which has been operating since 2017. Having the privilege, being only 1 km far from the sea and 2 km away from the charming village of Naousa, provides perfect isolation and privacy and easy access to vibrant streets and beautiful beaches at the same time. The villa defined by a minimal Cycladic style affords an endless panoramic view to the gulf of Naousa and the surrounding islands. It consists of a spacious bedroom with a build-in double bed which is like swinging in the air and window frames that allow a great flow in the space. The expansive living room with the fireplace and the unspeakable view to the Aegean includes a large sofa which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed (1.60 × 2.00), where two people can be hosted. A few steps away is a fully equipped with Bosch appliances kitchen. The vast bathroom made of traditional cement mortars exudes a feeling of cool luxury. The indoor and the outdoor terraces are connected with the same colored mosaics that give the sense of the traditional architecture and freedom. 

Dream villa has two exterior sitting rooms with pergolas. One, on the east side, with built-in sofas and a big table. The second, on the west side, has immediate access to the small heated pool – Jacuzzi of 10 sqm. 

What makes this villa unique is the garden and the outdoor terraces of 1000 sq m. that are exclusively accessible only to our privileged guests. An idyllic combination of Cycladic luxury, modern facilities, sun, sea and excellent food, make the puzzle of an unforgettable experience in beautiful Paros. 

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. If you are more than 20 guests, an extra guest fee is applied daily. The daily cost for each extra guest is 60€. There is also free parking for all of our guests.
